Sort out a leaky roof and black mould underfloor

Added internal entry from underneath garage 2007. Added to kitchen and dining of dwelling. Heavy downpour a few years later and new ceiling trim at corners wet and blistering. Garage flooded and under house. Had insulation put in a few days ago and they found black mould and wet floor particleboard under new extension. Need to sort out internal guttering of new extension.

Guttering replacement

The guttering is leaking on one side of my house so need a quote for replacement. Is internal. House built 1978 so assume guttering is original. There is a conservatory attached to the house as well, which the guttering runs through. Am aware that this is not a 'big job' but please don't turn your nose up at it thinking it's not worthwhile because eventually the rest of the house and carport will probably need doing.

Cap flashing to existing chimney

Require a custom cap flashing to be fitted over existing chimney. No flue present as it is an old open fire that is no longer used. Required to stop drafts need ASAP due to winter arriving soon and baby due in three weeks.

Roof assessment, painting

Corrugated roof, approx. 1970's. Supposedly "treated" and "painted" by solar chem roofing Tauranga about 12 years ago, with serious product malfunction and disastrous results after about 6 years post work. Roof needs assessment and I need some serious advice. Very keen to get roof sorted.

Replacing roof nails with screws

Roof was replaced 13 years ago and nails have rusted. Need to take out all old rusty/leaking nails ,rust kill, prime and replace with a new screws, put in a new back flashing and chimney flashing around the chimney. Rust kill and prime the chimney area. Put in new fixings to the front of the barg, re dress the lead edge on the head flashing and ridge in properly .remove both the old tv aerials.

Roof leak

We are suffering a roof leak when we get heavy rain, in the attached photo you can we have a internal type gutter that is over flowing in heavy rain when I reach into the gutter I can reach over the curled tin and touch our sark ceiling. Not sure if it needs a holding tank system to stop it over flowing , cheers Craig

Drainage, new garage roof, paving and gardens

I require quotes for the install of drainage in the front of garage (off driveway) and at the rear of garage, fix or replace roof of garage, replace metal fittings on the top of two skylights, assess what needs to be done to make paving respectable, and look at installing/completing easy care gardens.

2 story house in need of re-roofing with colour steel. And replacement of gutters. Total floor space is 190m2. Pitch of roof is 15 degrees on 1st floor and 24 degree on 2nd floor. Roofing evenly split between 1st and 2nd floor.

Plasterboard

We need to remove some water damaged plasterboard replace it (1 to 2 sheets) then finish and paint. We also need to have the metal roof painted and have part of a butynol deck removed the damaged ply removed and replaced then replaced with new butynol.
