Hello, 1) Clean out spouting of 147 Metre single level house. House is only three years old, and we do not expect is very dirty with only one tree anywhere near it. House isabot 3 years old and ia typical average size house and all one level so decent ladder will reach all joints. I suspect one angled joint is leaking a little, and so would like to have all the joints checked for water tightness, and resilicone as required to ensure same. Roof is metal as is spouting and downpipes

Clean metrotile roof and gutters on house in Papamoa Beach

This is a 3-bedroom home with gabled metrotile roof. Roof needs a good moss and pollen clean (see photo 1). Gutters need cleaning, including gentle wash on the outside of the gutters and downpipes. Some house bricks need mold removed. (1) South wall of house facing street has mold/grime on lower 1/3 of wall and around tap area (see photos 2 and 3). (2) North wall of house has mold around tap area and on the pavers in the ground under the tap (see photo 4)

Our house roof is mainly concrete tiles which needs the moss sprayed and tiles checked has not been done since roof was painted 3-4 years ago. The garage (smaller roof section in right of photo) is a colour steal type product to copy tiles on main house. All house gutters need clearing, split level house so some is two storey.
