Low pitch garage roof leak

Hi, We are looking for someone to give us a quote and some ideas on fixing a roof leak in our garage, the garage roof has a low pitch so water seems to be pooling in one specific area where the roof sits a little bit lower. Hello, 1) Clean out spouting of 147 Metre single level house. House is only three years old, and we do not expect is very dirty with only one tree anywhere near it. Sloping roof and all 10 joints are accessible with a ladder. Not hard to reach. 2) Check and reseal spouting joints with fresh silicone as required. I think one joint is leaking slightly, and maybe just one more is suspect. All the rest seem fine, but just want to be sure. 3) Spray roof with one of those self cleaning agents tha...

House isabot 3 years old and ia typical average size house and all one level so decent ladder will reach all joints. I suspect one angled joint is leaking a little, and so would like to have all the joints checked for water tightness, and resilicone as required to ensure same. Roof is metal as is spouting and downpipes
