Check and reseal spouting joints etc..

Hello, 1) Clean out spouting of 147 Metre single level house. House is only three years old, and we do not expect is very dirty with only one tree anywhere near it. Sloping roof and all 10 joints are accessible with a ladder. Not hard to reach. 2) Check and reseal spouting joints with fresh silicone as required. I think one joint is leaking slightly, and maybe just one more is suspect. All the rest seem fine, but just want to be sure. 3) Spray roof with one of those self cleaning agents that then cleans roof itself from the weather. Dont wantt water blasted as such. Also maybe an add on price to spray the rest of house with a weather cleaning house spray.? House is not a dirty house at present? If you would like to quote for the above, please do if you are an experienced person in this kind of house maintenance. I have done my best to accurately describe the house, and it is not an onerous job, but nudging 80 now, my balance is not so good as it was, and my wife will murder me if I kill myself she said.
