Check spouting joints for leaks/ resilicone as required

House isabot 3 years old and ia typical average size house and all one level so decent ladder will reach all joints. I suspect one angled joint is leaking a little, and so would like to have all the joints checked for water tightness, and resilicone as required to ensure same. Roof is metal as is spouting and downpipes
