Job Description - To replace existing roof, bargeboards & gutters. Current state of roof: The existing roof iron is ST900 T.B.C. on site. The house was built in 1994, it has 3 levels (approx. height is 8.3m) the existing bargeboards are direct fixed to the exterior wood cladding and timber framing behind. All bargeboards are rotten and need replacing along with all flashings, top ridges and gutters. Most of the existing roofing iron itself is in reasonable shape although some of the screws are rusted and loose. When the existing roof was installed, I believe they cut the sides too short by 80mm and this contributed to water getting down inside the block walls. I retro fitted additional iron pieces to the ends sometime back. Please contact me for further details & drawings and quoting James ---
