Caravan roof, sanding, bogging, painting

Hi there, we have a permanent caravan at waihi beach top 10 caravan park. We would like to get the roof cleaning and repainted and any leaks fixed up. the size of the caravan is 30 foot we think! It cant be moved from site - so would have to be done at the camping ground. Thankyou!
