Roof repair and inspection -minor rust, flashings and replacement fixings. #2

There are areas with rust in sheeting and surface rust, also visible at overlaps in a few areas. Flashings - rusting in a few areas, will need repair/replacement in areas. Fixings showing signs of failure in areas - lifting out of position and missing. Replacement of cap type fixings.

Need a new metal roof for 2-bedroom town flat

We need to completely reroof our flat. The job will also involve putting insulation into the ceiling cavity, sanitising it if necessary (it's been leaking for over a year so there may be mould) and checking any visible plumbing for a possible leak and water damage (sometimes we hear dripping when the hot water is turned on).

Shed repair please

Muritai Crescent roofing repairs

This is a 1968 built split level, weatherboard house of approx 160m2, in central Havelock North. The roofing is Dimondek 400 steel. Partial re roof, Sherenden

Replace existing plain (not colour steel) corrugated iron roof and flashing with new corrugated iron. Area is approx. 25 m2 ( 8 m x 3 m) and includes the hip end of the house. There is a wood fire flue through one of the ridges with lead flashing, the flashing will need to be replaced and a toilet vent,also with lead flashing. The existing PVC spouting also needs replacing with metal. This is not necessarily a requirement for this job but would be a bonus if it could be done at the same time.
