Small deck roof

Need to take out all old rusty/leaking nails ,rust kill, prime and replace with a new screws. Remove both the old tv aerials.

Water entering internal wall of downstairs bathroom from either blocked guttering or downpipe. Rain enters inside house from soffits. There is no internal damage but the guttering and downpipe requires checking/repair.
