Seal 150mm Roof Air vent

I'm installing two 150mm bathroom fans for a client and need to vent them through the roof. This involves; -Cutting a 160mm hole in the roof -Bringing the ducting through the hole -Fixing the ducting to the thru-roof kit -Fixing the thru-roof kit to the roof and making sure its watertight.

Repair /clean gutters

I want my gutters cleaned and repaired. Possibly some might need replacing. The end result is I want to install a rainwater tank for watering the garden. I am unsure of what a job like this costs and will require a quote after inspection. The amount I have put in the approximate budget is a guess.
