Roof Repair

Require replacement of rusted corrugated iron on roof section extending from ridge line to guttering. HWC pipe extends through roof in this area as does a chimney. Replacement flashing may need to be considered if found to be in poor condition.

Marley spouting to be installed on 90m2 house

We are looking for an experienced tradie to install spouting on our 90m2 house. We will take the old spouting off and paint the fascia before. Need greyfriars stormcloud spouting to match the garage. We can provide but buying spouting with tradie discount may be a better price. Also need two areas in garage spouting fixed where expansion joiners have dropped. Thanks :)

Roof Vents

Need a plumber to put a couple of vents through our corrugated iron flat roof for rangehood and bathroom extractor. We have no soffits etc so has to go through roof. Needing done asap as just had DVS installed and currently these vent to roof space.

Ceiling leak, tile roof repair

Roof repair, ceiling is showing signs of water damage. Has just started to bubble with continuous rain for the past 3 days. Damage is above light fixture. May need other repairs done. This is the first time we have noticed anything. This is situated in the lounge and stain is starting to seep through as well. Would like quote prior to any agreement on work that can be done.

Painting of the roof

Roof needs new guttering on some parts of the roof. the gutter is leaning and water is not going down the drainpipe properly the house is 3 story off the floor, so would need scaffolding. while scaffolding is up, the roof also needs painting. an overall inspection of the roof might be a good idea. i am looking for a quote and have no idea how much this would cost.
