My sleep out is leaking. I’ve been told that I have the wrong type of gutter on the roof. I think the sleepout was added after the garage was built and now there are two roofs slanting into the one gutter and it overflows and leaks into the sleepout.

There is a leak from roof into kitchen ceiling. I want to meet the Tradie or Tradies to discuss the parameters of the work to be done. Based on previous work done in a bedroom the fix should not take more than a week. A firm quote is a necessity.

Birds - blocking birds nesting in roof spaces

We need a solution to seal off all entry points birds are using into spaces in our roof. Roof is an outside lean-to. Bird poop is a health and safety hazard for our preschool children. Work needs to be done after 4pm or weekends when no children are present. Requires ladders to reach as roof is over 3m high.
