Muritai Crescent roofing repairs

This is a 1968 built split level, weatherboard house of approx 160m2, in central Havelock North. The roofing is Dimondek 400 steel. Job - Replace steel box gutter on front and rear of house: front (2 story) approx 9m strip, rear (single story) 15.7m in three strips. Additional 12m on carport depending on assessment. Replace one down pipe. Replace two Durolite skylights (in matching profile). Repair associated timber framing where rotten (lining has been removed) , plus replace lining. Repainting of roof at approx 223m2.
