There are areas with rust in sheeting and surface rust, also visible at overlaps in a few areas. Flashings - rusting in a few areas, will need repair/replacement in areas. Fixings show signs of failure in areas - lifting out of position and missing. Cap type fixings present - will be of benefit to replace all. General assessment.
