Partial re roof, Sherenden

Replace existing plain (not colour steel) corrugated iron roof and flashing with new corrugated iron. Area is approx. 25 m2 ( 8 m x 3 m) and includes the hip end of the house. There is a wood fire flue through one of the ridges with lead flashing, the flashing will need to be replaced and a toilet vent,also with lead flashing. The existing PVC spouting also needs replacing with metal. This is not necessarily a requirement for this job but would be a bonus if it could be done at the same time.
