Finish off renovations 2

Have a 1930's house which has been renovated to a certain point. There are now areas which need finishing off. Some of these jobs are large (ie gibbing lobby area) and some are small (change light fitting) and there is a whole range of jobs inbetween! Need somebody who is going to take on the job from start to finish or who can subcontract to others. The whole interior will need painting ready for rental when finished. Free board in return for work

Just putting it out there to see if this is an option : I have a 3 bed house which is in need of renovation. It has the basics (bathroom, kitchen etc) but needs finishing off. I was wondering if a builder would be prepared to take on the job in return for living rent free whilst the job is being carried out. It would mean living and working in the same location (so no fuel costs) and a home cooked meal at the end of a hard working day can be within easy reach! Just an idea I had ....... se...

We have ordered a rawcraft kitchen installation due mid Feb. Rawcraft will remove the old and install the new. Looking for a builder to coordinate sub contractors and to make good. Incl. Bathroom refurbishment

I need some alterations to a bathroom in a rental property. It is quite dated, but has also been poorly treated by the previous tenant. I am looking for a durable and cheap refurbishment. I am open to suggestions on the most cost effective but robust solution. I am concerned to prevent water damage around the shower / bath area due to leakage.

Replacing 20 yr old shower

Old shower is removed, see photo. Check walls square, install new 1000 x 1000 corner angle shower (same size as old one), fit new waste, mixer and slide shower in same positions. I'll supply shower, waste & possibly mixer. May need gib wall lining first (as old one) instead of cutting in tray to make sure vinyl is covered. Also fit new tap for toilet and new sink waste.

Bathroom renovation

We are looking at buying a house but want to know how much it will cost to update the bathroom. It is about 6 square metres and at present it has a shower, a bath and a vanity. We would like to take out the shower and put in a toilet in its place. Then we'd like to replace the bath and the vanity with new ones, in their existing places. Remodel bathroom

Fit new shower,vanity and ceiling extractor fan/light. replace wall linings with aquiline and stop to paint finish. Tile floor about 8sqm plus behind bath and partially up walls. PS owners will strip out old units and walls and supply vanity,shower cubicle and extractor fan/light

Fix lining in shower over bath.

Shower Sealing

existing shower lining is not watertight, it is also too short. Need to remove and replace with new lining. Possibly some carpentry required to fit new lining.

New sliding door and kitchen bench unit installation

Rental property requires old kitchen bench unit removed and new one installed as well as new sliding door to be installed in lounge. Would like supply and install arrangement but open to suggestions.

Vanity Repair

I have a vanity where the edge tape has come off the curved toe kick area. Am looking for someone who can refit new edge tape ( I will supply tape) to the area. Will need to heat the tape (heat gun), fit and trim to look good.
