Finish off renovations

Have a 1930's house which has been renovated to a certain point. There are now areas which need finishing off. Some of these jobs are large (ie gibbing lobby area) and some are small (change light fitting) and there is a whole range of jobs inbetween! Need somebody who is going to take on the job from start to finish or who can subcontract to others. The whole interior will need painting ready for rental when finished. Getting an idea of price at the moment so I can go to the bank!!!! Work to start in approx. 1 month.
