Bathroom renovation

We are looking at buying a house but want to know how much it will cost to update the bathroom. It is about 6 square metres and at present it has a shower, a bath and a vanity. We would like to take out the shower and put in a toilet in its place. Then we'd like to replace the bath and the vanity with new ones, in their existing places. We'd also like to put in a slide shower over the bath. Will probably need some waterproofing/gib work done. We will provide all the fittings, so want a quote just for labour (plumber and builder) and consumables.
