Help we are in a mess and need to sell.

I need someone to install a new toilet and vanity for us we already have the vanity just not sure about the plumbing aspect of that and doing a loo can buy that too if required. Could be the same needed for my kitchen too...got the bits just need the old ones ripped out and new ones fitted
