Water Leak

To locate source of water leak appearing on the ground floor of a three level townhouse and fix the problem. The water leak is so far very minor. It is showing in a ground level cupboard floor by the skirting. It is possible it is occurring from laundry use, the laundry also being on the ground floor.

Fixing mixer on kitchen sink

Recently moved into new house. There is no hot water to the kitchen sink. When the mixer is in the hot position, no water comes out. I think previous owners attempted to fix a leak and did not set it up correctly...... tap also still leaks.

Disconnect and reconnect supplied shower + vanity (or just vanity)

We have some repair work we need to complete in the ensuite and need a plumber for the start and end of this job. Part one: come in and disconnect the shower and the vanity so that they can be removed and the flooring/wall repair completed. After the builder has done their work, we will get you back in to EITHER reconnect a new (supplied) vanity and shower, or alternatively, JUST reconnect a new vanity and cap off the connection point where the shower used to be. We haven't decided yet...

Quick job - dripping tap and toilet

Hello, We’re renovating a small bathroom and would like the toilet to be rotated 90 degrees so it backs on to the unpainted wall you see in the picture (internal) rather than the white wall (external). - I assume a bit of plumbing inside the unpainted wall already as there’s an external tap coming off the wall outdoors and inside, adjacent, sits the hot water cylinder. - currently it’s plumbed to an external wall.
