Disconnect and reconnect supplied shower + vanity (or just vanity)

We have some repair work we need to complete in the ensuite and need a plumber for the start and end of this job. Part one: come in and disconnect the shower and the vanity so that they can be removed and the flooring/wall repair completed. After the builder has done their work, we will get you back in to EITHER reconnect a new (supplied) vanity and shower, or alternatively, JUST reconnect a new vanity and cap off the connection point where the shower used to be. We haven't decided yet whether we're going to replace the shower, so keen for a quote for both options please. We are working to a strict budget (insurance payout) so do need a quote rather than a ballpark, but understand that there's no getting around the fact that you'll have to come out twice for this one! This is our holiday home, so if you will need to come out for a site visit before quoting, that will have to be on or before Monday 17th while we're still in town. If you don't need a site visit then of course that's completely fine!
