Quick job - dripping tap and toilet

We have a tap dripping in the kitchen, and our toilet has a small amount of water trickling into the bowl continuously. Would love someone to help us out with what we hope is a quick job :-) Happy to be flexible with timing this week - if it needs to be early morning or later in the day or anytime during the day all good.
