PS3 needed - Low risk work

Very random as we are desperate. We need a PS3 from a certified drainlayer for a greywater disposal system to get our CoC. This includes the Greyflow EZGrey System (plumber installed) and disposal lines (owner installed). This is not for a septic tank. The system is very simple and has been operating well for 18 months. A civil engineer designed the system. We tried the plumber providing a PS3 but it needs to be a certified drainlayer. Whoopsee. A picture of the drainage plan is attached with greywater bits marked in purple. Kitchen waste goes through grease trap and other waste (shower, vanity, laundry) goes through gully trap. Then all goes to a filtered pump chamber that has a float switch to pump water out into the garden. Also attached are some pictures taken during installation and copy of manufacturers spec for the EZ Grey system and grease trap. I appreciate this is unusual but hopefully someone can help. $500 to review drawings, pictures and sign PS3. No physical work needed. Thank you
