Urgent Plumber Needed for Bathroom and Kitchen

1. Install a frig water filter, there is a string from the frig to the pipes under the kitchen sink to pull the water hose through and needs the filter installing and connecting to water pipes. 2. Toilet leaking x2

Both toilets are leaking from the same spot, see pictures attached. When I turn the water valve off there is no problem as soon as it is turned on again to fill the toilet it starts to drip.

Fault with Hot Water Cylinder

Suspect it's either the dip tube or water heater. Water is only hot for 2/3 minutes then goes luke warm. Cylinder is a 250 litre Rheem.
