Toilet cistern leaking

The cistern leaks water very slowly but constantly. Needs to be fixed. Also, the kitchen water tap, which runs both hot and cold water, the cold water flow is not adequate, but with the hot water we get full flow. We need help with both of these issues. I live in Manurewa. Regards KD

Check leakage from hot water cylinder / piping

I have a rental property in Papatoetoe and tenant has noticed water drops on floor where the hot water cylinder is installed. It appears there is a leakage from the piping to the cylinder (external). Need to some one to check and repair as necessary. Best contact is mobile. Thank Akub

Plumbers please

I need the inlet and outlet pipes for the hot and cold water taps plus to waste water pipes moved in my kitchen. The house is solid concrete so looking for the most efficient way of doing this rather than digging holes in the concrete if it can be avoided but open to dicussion. There is also a dishwasher going in. the photos show the area and the plan. the handwritten circles on the plan indicate where the taps need to be located and there will be some relocation of the dishwasher inlet as well

Repair bathroom and toilet

Our bathroom floor is very weak (feels as if someone is going to fall through the floor soon!) where we no longer use the bathroom sink. This is the same with the toilet floor. There is a leak somewhere by the sink. I'm not sure of what needs to happen first, whether its a plumber or a builder? i don't have any idea on price expectations but this is a necessity to fix in our household. I need quotes asap please with a view to get fixed over February.

Fix shower and replace tap

My shower has lost pressure and is no longer hot. The other taps in the bathroom are warm within seconds but it takes aaaaages for the shower to get even tepid. I'd also like to change a tap in the bath from 2 seperate wall ones to a tap that's combined. I have the parts, just would prefer someone more experienced to fix.

Leak under driveway

This is a concrete driveway with a quickly flowing leak coming up from under it. Not a tricky one to find; the driveway is badly cracked on the side and bulk of the water is streaming from that area. PLEASE NOTE! I need speedy quotes please. We do have the council coming to look as the neighbour has apparently had them out to 'fix' the same leak twice in the past year (be nice if someone told us that before we bought). I've got a new toilet (still in its packaging) that needs to be installed (removal of previous toilet unnecessary). Also, I've got a sink basin that needs to be hooked up. I've got an unusual non-purpose built wooden table that I want the basin installed in, so some cutting will be necessary. Lastly, I want the sink and bath taps checked to make sure they won't drip (you won't be installing the bath, just checking the tap).

Out hotwater cylinder is leaking from the overflow on the roof, has been dripping for a few weeks, but trickling now. Suspect the seal has gone. Was going to try and fix myself but might not be the best option. Would love a ballpark on this first please.
