Plumbers please

I need the inlet and outlet pipes for the hot and cold water taps plus to waste water pipes moved in my kitchen. The house is solid concrete so looking for the most efficient way of doing this rather than digging holes in the concrete if it can be avoided but open to dicussion. There is also a dishwasher going in. the photos show the area and the plan. the handwritten circles on the plan indicate where the taps need to be located and there will be some relocation of the dishwasher inlet as well
