Leak under driveway

This is a concrete driveway with a quickly flowing leak coming up from under it. Not a tricky one to find; the driveway is badly cracked on the side and bulk of the water is streaming from that area. PLEASE NOTE! I need speedy quotes please. We do have the council coming to look as the neighbour has apparently had them out to 'fix' the same leak twice in the past year (be nice if someone told us that before we bought). At the very least maybe they'll shed some light on why such a crap job was done! They're due by the end of the week and once we get the expected 'we can't help' from them this will obviously be an urgent job.
