Bathroom Leak / makeover

Mums house unknown leak possibly coming from shower leaking into the bedroom wall and carpet..Need to identify and repair leak. I would also like to look at giving the bathroom a makeover as it is very old. Would like to discuss options.

Installation of new stand alone 60 cm gas (LPG/ Natural gas) cooker/oven Elba brand in the kitchen. There is already space for it in the kitchen. I wish to use smaller Lpg gas bottle near the cooker. The installer must be qualified to do this job.

I live in a lockwood type house and I need the bathroom updated. Everything in the bathroom will go. The wood in the bathroom is marked and dull from cleaning - painting the walls and ceiling would be a good idea. I have a replacement bath, cabinet and sink. I will need a frame build to fit the bath ready for tiling. The bathroom size is --- . All in all - there are four main jobs here: Painting Building a bath frame Plumbing Tiling

Water leaking from top of the roof, only when bathroom hot water is turned on when showering, seems to burst out from the roof. (seals maybe need replacing??, this happens everyso few years and then gets replaced. Toilet water box leak inside loo bowl, and also outside box connection to water pipe? this has been sealed with PTFE tape.

THE HOT WATER CYLINDER - PIPE LEADING OUTSIDE HAS LARGE EXCESS OF WATER COMING OUT OF THE OUTFLOW PIPE OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. (literally like a tap running outside) THERES NO HOT WATER - COMING OUT CYCLINDER.

whole new kitchen,bench top oven,wall oven,sink,pantry and cupboards and floor tiled also new walls gibbed and plastered, as I have my hot water cylinder in my kitchen I would love it if it could be moved else where creating more space bearing in mind my house is over 40yrs old, so space is limited
