Mums house unknown leak possibly coming from shower leaking into the bedroom wall and carpet..Need to identify and repair leak. I would also like to look at giving the bathroom a makeover as it is very old. Would like to discuss options.

"Very disappointed that I didn't get 4/4 for all!
Very hard to pin client down to a specific time to view and made myself available to fit in and around client. Had to call in a plumber as subtrade to locate and stop leak on a temporary basis. I completed stripping wall after him the next day. Stripped wall and left open to dry out and provided a dehumidifier to help. Explained everything to client. Was then to continue and redo complete bathroom with a new vaniety and prepare and paint whole bathroom, which was in a very bad state. But due to insurance claim being turned down, client decided to do everything thing themselves to save costs. In the end a lot of time, advice, site visits & effort for such a little return and not worth it from my point of view."
