Repair rot in cabin leading edge

Jazz is a 7 m Pelin style cabin cruiser. Hull is solid glass but topsides glass over ply. The leading edge of the cabin has some rot - approx. 20mm x 20mm triangular shape X 500 long. Prefer to avoid "just a bondi" job if possible, so looking at cutting out rot, sealing timber, possibly adding treated timver insert before final filler.

The power to the front of my boat stopped on Saturday so I have lost power to the fishfinder/bilge pump/ navigational lights. Power still works for the engine and for the anchor winch. In general it would also be great to tidy up the old electrical set up.

My Ron Given Joker 6.7 is generally sound but the floor of the cockpit is starting to break down. I'm not an expert but it's likely it would need sanding filling and painting. I'm also considering putting a fiberglass bucket into give it strength and endurance. I'm looking to sell the boat so don't want to spend heaps. Looking for an enthusiast with proven skills. Plenty of time to do the job.
