3.3hp Mercury Outboard - gear lever stuck in neural

Seems to be a corrosion issue. I can't get into the gear housing to apply CRC without vice grips, and thought it was time to call in an expert. Can anyone help me take off the gear lever and help get it un-stuck?

Bilge pump and wash down pump replacement

Dragon boat fibreglass repairs

The Auckland Dragon Boat Assn require repair to the fiberglass hull of our dragonboat where there has been damage to the structure where a timber arm has been pulled off the boat and left a hole in the topside of two of our boats. Alan Wright Tracker 7.7m - Rudder Repair

I am looking to getting my Alan Wright Tracker 7.7 repaired. Please see attached pictures of the damage done from hitting a crop of rocks. These photos show the damage to the rudder and yacht.
