Install wood burner + help with consent

Have purchased a Kent Murchison wood burner, flue kit and steel hearth. Need it installed on wooden floor, chimney through a standard gib ceiling and iron roof. Will need the necessary flashings provided. Also if I could get a hand with the consenting process that would be great! Want it done asap since I have the fire already.

Have a rental house which is now empty and hoping to sell but Hitachi Heatpump isn't working. When I try to turn it on the fans open and then shortly after they close. There is a red falshing light above the Temp. Switch on the inside unit. Need someone to fix it please.

We have a big gas heatpump that is quite old and not sure when it was last checked/serviced. We want to check it is still safe and working okay. Our gas bill is really high so not sure if there is an issue. It also reignites itself when it’s on quite a lot.

Wood burner flue repair

the brick chimney is topped by a concrete slab which the flue goes through, the slab & flue has all lifted and moved with the expansion caused by the heat. We've had it fixed before and the issue repeats. I'd like the flue reset and a metal flashing replace the need for the concrete one.

Fujitsu model ASTG18LVCC Suddenly stopped working today. The economy/ timer buttons keeps flashing and there is no airflow. Have checked filters. Have reset (turned off and on the circuit breaker beside compressor unit) but still flashing and not working. It was functioning normally until today.

Burner removal #4

We have an old wood burner. It sits on a concrete plinth in the lounge. We need to have the wood burner and plinth removed, the chimney removed and the roof will need new corrugation to cover where the chimney was. Inside the area where the plinth and ceiling would need to be made good (new skirting board, sorting out the floor and any plastering though I think this is minimal). Note, that the back of the log burner is not attached to the wall.

Air con outside unit replacement
