Move outdoor Heatpump unit

I had a Heatpump installed with the outdoor unit on the adjacent balcony. This balcony will be demolished and so I need the unit to be moved to the ground and the connection/pipe to be extended from the first level to the ground. I don’t have photos, if I get in touch then I will provide the address for you to have a look (currently tenanted and I don’t live in ham) Thanks
