Error with Panasonic Aircon - stopped working - Erorr H99

Our interior Panasonic aircon unit has stopped working. The TIMER light continuously blinks on the unit and the basic troubleshooting has identified H99 as the specific error. I opened the unit and wouldn't consider the filters to be exceptionally dusty so unclear on the exact cause of the error. Looking to have this fixed ASAP.
