Replacing a fire place TILEFIRE N/CA Wood fire - discontinued model

We wish to replace our fireplace. We would like to use the existing flue but can purchase another one. It's an old Kent fire discontinued fireplace. We also have a new wall installed which is where the old dining room used to be and would like the room to be added to the floorplan when getting the consent. Our fireplace has a brick wall behind it and the new wall for the additional bedroom next to it. circled in blue is where the fire place is. We would like this drawn on a new house plan with the additional room.
