Install woodburner

We would like an inbuilt woodburner or gas fireplace installed. We currently have an inbuilt open fire with brick chimney, with an old gas fireplace installed inside it. The old gas fireplace has to go, and we would like a new woodburner or gas fire to replace it. House has a gas connection, but it is currently disconnected. House is only 100m2, so we would just like a cheaper woodburner or gas fire. If possible, it would be cool if the gas fire had a timer etc.

Log Burner Replacement

This inbuilt Kent fireplace has been damaged by water and has been condemmed. Job is to replace it with a new or used unit of similar quality. The leak that caused the damage has been repaired and the wall will be open so that the flu can be inspected at the same time as the gib is rotten above the fireplace also. Please quote on the fire place replacement only including the replacement unit, a second hand unit is perfectly acceptable is it will be cheaper, and if any flu repairs are required...
