Heat pump broken

Heat pump works fine during winter, but in summer, when open it operates for a while and the unit outside has weird noise, it stop by itself with a red beeping light on the unit inside. Have to close the main power and wait for a while to restart it and it did the same thing again.

Heat transfer system needs servicing

we bought the house recently and it came with a heat transfer system but we don't believe it works so wonder if someone could come and check it out. The brand appears to be Ultecon (see photo).
