Burner removal #4

We have an old wood burner. It sits on a concrete plinth in the lounge. We need to have the wood burner and plinth removed, the chimney removed and the roof will need new corrugation to cover where the chimney was. Inside the area where the plinth and ceiling would need to be made good (new skirting board, sorting out the floor and any plastering though I think this is minimal). Note, that the back of the log burner is not attached to the wall.
