Wood burner flue repair

the brick chimney is topped by a concrete slab which the flue goes through, the slab & flue has all lifted and moved with the expansion caused by the heat. We've had it fixed before and the issue repeats. I'd like the flue reset and a metal flashing replace the need for the concrete one.
