Initially was prompt but does not answer phonecalls. When asked to phone back, he used email instead. Was asked to turn up 1st of each month but gradually it slipped and finally did not turn up every month. Does not respond to email promptly. When jobs were postponed due to weather, he did not always advise. Always had to follow up with several emails, texts and phonecalls to fix the next appointment date/time.

Only issue I had was that he included going to the tip as part of his time. This should be made clearer with any future quotes especially when charging by the hour. I thought that cost was factored in as part of taking away the grass.
