Creaky floor

Steve was very professional. A day after he completed the job I texted him to let him know that I still had concerns as my floor was still creaking. Without hesitation, he returned the following day and did all that he could to fix the problem. He assured me that my foundation was safe and that I should not have any concerns about the piling underneath my house. He was honest and did all he could. I am satisfied with his work.

Alvirg was a highly motivated worker. He communicated with us daily and he worked with great commitment to get our floor as stable as possible. He worked in a difficult situation with a smile. Alvirg worked on our house piles in very tight and cramped conditions with very little crawl space under the house. We paid 50% deposit before he started and final payment on day of completion.

Placed 3 slabs in one day - couldn't be happier. We've used a range of concrete placers in Nelson and Concrete Unlimited have outperformed them all. They managed to get the job done without needing concrete pumps which was a big cost saving. Surface finish and levels were great. Cut the next day with zero cracking.

Our job required levelling the house due to geothermal activity in rotorua. Releveled and caused very superfical cracking inside house, slight problem with one window requiring us to remove one window security. The crew were well prepared, good communication every step of the job. Some unforseen expense getting access so removed fibrelite surrounds, but minimal small extra cost. Added 6 extra piles to relieve outter house weight.
