Looking for a tradie to box up and pour a garage floor slab (14m x 7.5m) in accordance with the attached plans. For pricing assume that the prep work has been complete with a subgrade compacted and fines laid.
Building consent has been issued so looking to get construction underway in the next few weeks.

"Sam was good to deal with and the result is a very professional looking floor slab. Sub-contractors were used to do the concrete pour, finishing and cutting.
Communication was good however the proposed dates/times the work was going to be done changed frequently (not including the pour which was weather dependent).
Overall very satisfied with the works."
