Check total disconnection and identify cables from pole

We are about to demolish an old sleepout which had it's own electrical supply and meter. Earlier this year we requested that Contact Energy carry out an total disconnection, which they did and charged us for. I just want someone to do a final check to confirm that everything is safe for the demolition crew. There are also some cables just dangling from the pole to the sleepout - I suspect they are old telecommunication cables, but would like this confirmed. This is an urgent job, to be complete...

Leaking hot water

Hotwater cylinder is frequently overflowing out the valve on the roof. Happens almost everytime the laundry tap is in use. Would like this to be assessed and if replacement is required would like costings for a mains pressure replacement currently it's a low pressure system

Connecting cabin and garage

Two jobs. Firstly, connecting up a wooden cabin in front garden to power and internet. Underground cabling already in place to cabin wall so just needs internal connections and installing 2 power points and 2-3 lights. Secondly, the power to the rear separate garage has failed - it is an old garage with what looks like DIY wiring - and now just trips the fuse. Don't know cause but may need recabling. Also installation of 3 powerpoints and 5 lights

The heater will be approximately the size of normal wood-burner front. With the controls hidden to give the best illusion that it's a real flame fire and remote controlled as well. Bathroom refurbish switch and light changes

I have a refurbished bathroom that requires a switch moved so a new larger mirror can be installed, an old extractor fan removed and a new heat light and fan installed (purchased) and in the same bathroom I need a new heated towel rail installed in the same location as the old one, which needs removing. We require 2 bathroom heaters to be installed with relevant new pointpoints and switches. Both are Weiss FH24WH wall fan heaters with wired plugs. House was build around 2014 and all sockets / switches are the PDL iconic white range, all additional sockets need to be from this range. One goes in the ensuite to the left of the window, understand you need an isolating powerpoint beside the heater and whilst the heater has a pull cord we'd like it operated via a switch in the existing wall sock...

LED Light not working, kitchen ceiling

Install a wired security light

Should be a max 2 hour job to install a new wired security light. A cable already present at location of install. May need a new wire as would like this to be independent from switch i.e. don't need to switch exterior lights on in order for security light to work. It needs to work with motion only.

Ceiling fan (already purchased) - wires are already in the ceiling and come down to a switch. Just needing the ceiling fan properly installed. Old outdoor sensor lights already wired in - needing them replaced (new lights already purchased) Disconnect one light from a switch in a stairwell. Move a wall light switch. Drop TV cords through the wall to the switch.
