Driveway sensor lights/Kitchen bench light

House rewiring

Potentially a full house rewire due to oxidised cables, including; Replacing old switch plates and sockets for new PDL600 series in white where needed. Maybe, replace all old lights for new LED buttons? Replace the switchboard with new internals including PVC/Formica panel, new circuit breakers and residual current devices. Remove two wall lights and put in 2 new ceiling lights.

Please close.off 2 wall lights and then replace with two ceiling hanging pendant lights. Keeping same switches on the wall. Need done asap.

Rewire Stove and Light Switch

Top part of kitchen wall will be removed. Rewire stove below benchtop. Move lightswitch below dwang. Will need to reroute lights. Easy access to sight. A frame structure - no ceiling cavity. Crawl space is tight but accessible.

Rewire 2 bdr 1950s house, and install exterior path lighting

1) We need a licenced electrician to rewire a 1950's era building. The switchboard also needs replacing. We'd also like some power points and light switch locations moved. 2) Install extractor fan in bathroom (possibly through ceiling to soffit). 3) Outdoor lighting - we have approx 40 metres of path to our house with no lighting, and shaded by trees. We'd like minimal lighting to make the path safer at night, with sensor. Flexible with timing, ideally within the next 6 months.

New healthy homes extractor fan supply and fit

For my tenanted property in otaki, I’m looking for quotes for the supply and installation of an extractor fan to healthy homes standard. Currently, the house has an old fan (pre 2019, certainly!) and There is no external vent. I’m not sure if a new fan without the vent can meet the requirements for healthy homes?
