Full electrical check for home in Paraparaumu

Lift roof tiles and replace wiring

We need to replace a short run of wiring for a ceiling light. It runs from the switch, up inside and internal wall to the roof then across and down through a beam to the fitting. The roof has metal tiles on it so they need to be lifted. Access to the roof is easy enough from outside deck.

Install ceiling fan

We renovated our lounge recently. Have a new gib ceiling and need to re hang our ceiling fan in the centre. New ceiling framing does not include 2x4 in the spot we need to attach the fan. I attempted to attach 2 pieces of 2x4 in the ceiling, but realised it was beyond my skills. Both pieces are sitting loosely in place, but have minimal nails holding them in and have no brackets to provide strength. I am a carpenter but need a Registered Electrician and also a Registered Plumber and Drain-layer to work on an hourly rate basis.
