Doing a bathroom and kitchen renovation. Looking for electrician to work at hourly rate vs set fee. Removing light switch and extracter fan switch to different wall, installing heat lamp in bathroom, putting in new wall oven, cook top and built in extracter fan plus venting for it. New set of power switches. Removing dishwasher wiring and wiring into new place. Paraparaumu Beach. Local preferred for convenience
