Job description
120sqm home with 1955 wiring. No modifications have ever been done to the electricals, so you'll only be dealing with the original wiring. Decent roof access, no insulation in the roof or walls. Would need a new indoor switchboard [original is also inside], rewire and some additional power sockets in some rooms. Thanks!
