Outdoor Security Camera Installation #2

One side of house power gone

No water coming through hot taps

At some point this afternoon our hot water stopped working. When we open different hot taps the water seems to stop flowing completely but our cold taps are working fine. I've checked the mains and nothing has tripped.

The Manrose extractor fan in my bathroom doesn't open when the switch is turned on although sounds like it's working when I manually open the vents. Need it fixed or replaced as putting house on market.
