Ceiling fan (already purchased) - wires are already in the ceiling and come down to a switch. Just needing the ceiling fan properly installed. Old outdoor sensor lights already wired in - needing them replaced (new lights already purchased) Disconnect one light from a switch in a stairwell. Move a wall light switch. Drop TV cords through the wall to the switch.
