Timber Bifold doors, new glass & lock/latch repair on other timber doors

One of my wooden bi-fold doors, came loose and fell over (left side). It broke the glass pane. I think it needs repair to the frame and new glass fitted. The track is loose and the timber base is rotting on the right side. I also have 3-4 timber doors (non-bifold) that latches/locks need replacing.

Bungalow Timber Window Repair

I've got two timber framed windows on my 1920's bungalow that have very rotten windowsills. Possibly some rot extending into the rest of the frame but unsure the extent. Looking to get them repaired. Access to the windows is about 1m wide along the side of the house as shown in the photos. There's some ficus hanging over which I will trim back before the job. 3 Windows to replace

We have a rental property that has 3 windows in 3 separate rooms that need replacing. Two have cracks and one a hole that has been taped up. The windows are set in wooden frames. The windows are approximately 400mm x 300mm- but will confirm. The building is a single story. However, if working outside you would need a step ladder at least to reach the windows.
