We are looking to replace our timber door that has suffered a fair bit of water damage from rain + the flood in 2023. We would like to get pricing to install a new timber door. The lock on the current door also needs replacing, so we would like to see a price for a standard lock and one for a digital PIN code lock to be installed. Included photos of the current door. Replace rotten wood on one side of external bathroom window.

One side of the bathroom external window wood has rotted. I don't know how extensive and deep the rot has gotten. I can provide photos of the damage. The bathroom widow is effectively on the second story. It appears that water has been leaking down through the eves because the flashing around a vent pipe has fallen out of position. Allowing water to leak through. It would be great if someone had a 6m ladder to readjust the flashing back into position as well.
